Indianapolangeles Track Two: Stronger

Stronger. Track two on Indianapolangeles. If you’re familiar with either of my previous bands Paging Raymond Or Peal, this song is the first clue that this record is gonna be a bit of a departure for me.

It was written way back in the mid-2000s in my basement studio when I lived in Broadripple. It started out with a drum loop and a couple chords on the acoustic. The lyric is simple and to the point. I don’t remember what the creative spark was here. It could have been the time I spent crossing the Atlantic on a ship, it could have been from windshield time in a van somewhere in Ohio. Either way, it’s just a simple little pop song with some fun imagery. There’s not much more to say about this one. Give it a listen.
